5.3 Deposits and Final Payments

For certain bookings, we may accept an initial deposit with the balance due by a specified date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

Additional charges such as local taxes, resort fees, or service charges may apply to your booking. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any such charges, but it is your responsibility to verify any additional charges that may apply.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation by You

Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific services booked. The applicable cancellation policy will be provided before you complete your booking. Cancellation fees may apply, which could include up to 100% of the booking value.

All cancellations must be made in writing to the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

6.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your booking in case of force majeure, unavailability of services, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative arrangement or a refund of the amount paid to us.

7. Travel Documentation and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you and all travelers in your booking have valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, health certificates, and any other documents required for travel. We are not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.

Travel requirements may change at any time. We recommend checking the latest requirements with the relevant authorities before your travel date.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance for all travelers in your booking. Travel insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and other risks associated with travel.

We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses that may be covered by appropriate travel insurance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of SulphAccov or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or use any of our content without our prior written consent.

When using our Services, you agree not to:
